Decreto Flussi Application

The Decreto Flussi is a measure by which the Italian government sets annual quotas for the entry of non-EU foreign nationals into Italy for subordinate, self-employed, and seasonal work.

There are often privileged quotas for citizens of countries that have signed readmission agreements with Italy and for individuals of Italian origin registered in specific lists held at Italian diplomatic or consular offices abroad.

• €16 revenue stamp (marca da bollo)
• Passport
• Worker’s address in Italy
• Certificate of suitable accommodation
• Employer’s identity card
• Employer’s identification details (phone number, tax code, VAT number, registered office address, workplace address, PEC email, and standard email)
• Type of employment contract (CCNL reference, job level and role, weekly working hours)
• Number of current employees in the company
• Chamber of Commerce registration
• Tax return for 2022/2023/2024 (preferably a provisional 2025 version)
• Company’s financial statements for 2022/2023/2024
• DURC (Certificate of Social Security Compliance)
• ANPA form
